The House passed a bill containing the increase while the Senate did not. We are awaiting negotiations between the two bodies that will settle on the final amount.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s broad agreement that a Defense and Labor-HHS-Education package \u201cmakes the most sense,\u201d said Sen.
